Our partnerships have a minimum term of 6 months. The reason is simple: we need
your commitment for that length of time to achieve the kind of results we are both
setting out to achieve.

Yes, we do! AI is an incredible tool that helps us work smarter and more efficiently.
We use AI-powered tools for tasks like data analysis, content optimisation, and
automation to enhance our digital marketing strategies.

However, we like to look at AI’s like Chat GPT as thought starters, not a copy and
paste tool. Our deliverables are is still guided by our team of actual humans who
have human brains loaded with expertise and creativity.

AI helps us streamline processes, but our team ensures everything we deliver is
high-quality, customised, and aligned with your brand’s unique voice and goals.

Payment for our services is due in full by the due date stated on your invoice
(typically the 20th of the month following). Late payments may incur interest at a rate
of 15% per annum until payment is received. If an account becomes overdue, we
may pause work on any ongoing projects and reserve the right to withdraw services
until payment is made. Any costs associated with debt collection, including legal
fees, will be the client’s responsibility. In some cases, we may require full or partial
payment upfront before commencing work.

You will pay Meta or Google directly, we don’t ‘clip the ticket’ on the way through 😉

We recommend you use a credit card or business PayPal account with 2FA turned
on to pay for your ads.

At Rushton Marketing, we take cyber security seriously. We have strict internal security measures and tools in place to protect client accounts, and we always recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all your digital assets for added security.

If a security breach occurs, we will work with you to assess the situation and provide guidance and support on securing your accounts.

While we have insurance to cover any wrongdoing on our part, protecting your digital assets is a shared responsibility. We strongly encourage all clients to follow best practices, including using strong passwords, regularly updating credentials, and activating 2FA wherever possible.

We use custom reporting tools like Microsoft Clarity, Google tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and other client specific tracking software that track key metrics like website traffic, engagement, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Our paid ad clients receive weekly reports every Friday via email.
Our content management clients receive monthly reports via email.

In addition to that, we also have regular meetings with you over zoom or in person so that we can explain what the metrics mean, celebrate our successes and dream up new ideas.
